Hotel dekat KSL City Mall

"Clean room 👍👍👍👍👍 Staff friendly👍👍👍👍👍 Shop nearby 👍👍👍👍👍"

"The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. There are many shops and amenities around this hotel. The hotel is still new. The problem I have encountered in this hotel were room Aircon was noisy when I turned to high volume. The other problem was when I tried to call the housekeeping nobody answered my call. Even I called the operator also nobody pick up my call. Lastly when I called the reception. Also nobody pick up my call. So I am not sure whether are they having shortage of...

"The room is clean, aircon needs servicing. The bathtub is a hazard, its shaky and has detached from the wall. The location is great, right above KSL shopping. Great for short stay."

"Keep it up!"

"Excellent"

"This hotel have a good location with a foodcourt behind it. Only about 21 km from Senai airport and can be reach by hotel pickup (with additional cost), taxi, uber and grab."

"Clean room"

"The hotel is rundown, poorly maintained. The room is not soundproof, we can hear the live band nearby despite staying on the 8th floor (the band ended past 3am). The bath towels and bedsheet were stained. Water from the heater is far from warm, and the pressure is not strong. Overall, not worth the price for such a hotel. Very disappointed."

"Nice owner and very helpful. Only issue is people playing loud music from 7am in the morning on weekends. Room was clean and bed comfortable, will stay again."

"Just note that there is no fridge in the room."
