"Unaware prior to booking this room that its located at the basement with no windows … The helpful staff offered that we make additional payment to upgrade to a room above ground. Feels a bit weird but the upgraded room was nice and comfortable. Bedding was super comfortable, room was also spacious and washrooms were clean"
