"This homestay is part of a condo. Unfortunately, there was a strong sewage smell in the toilet and drilling during the day. The paint in the rooms was also peeling. On the positive side, the location was convenient, the pillows were comfortable, and the towels were clean. Other than that, we would choose to stay somewhere else in the future."

"The only persistent problem with this apartment is the sewage smell coming from the toilet floor trap. However seemed this sewage smell is entire building from the sewage system, not isolated to the unit. The access card wasn't able to unlock level 4 car park which the destinated parking lot to park. Need carry all our luggages down one level by stairs. The plus are the beds are comfortable, the pillows are so clean which is a plus plus plus. The 55" was not working, and host quickly brought in a 32" for us, good efforts. Overall is a good stay. The host that communicate with me, Lisa was a great help to fix the issues and made many efforts to help us. The security at the car park entrance could be better trained and have someone that can communicate better in English. "

"Please do not stay there now. Hotel is ongoing renovation for their pool and the noise is unbearable "

"I was bitten by Inserts on my hands and neck and we found inserts on the bed. Also, we were assigned on level 27 and every morning when the sun shine on the windows, it has the air pressure loud bangs sound which didnt allow me to sleep well. The locations is very near to KSL and may eateries. "

"Check-in time was flexible and clear instructions were given to collect keys and check in. Private parking lot was given. 2 Bedroom Condominium was clean and well-maintained. Kids enjoyed the Netflix and well-maintained Aircon. Rooms are comfortable, clean bedsheets and towels are given. Will visit again in the near future. A great space to stay with family and kids. My kids also enjoyed the swimming pool and playground in the facilities. We spent our time at the nearby Southkey shopping mall with lots of restaurants, cinema and kids' indoor playground. It is definitely a convenient and great place to stay for a staycation. Thank you host and efficient host management staff."

"Spacious living room. Tv remote not working could not on. Fan remote once turn off cant be turned back on unless off/on the switch. Dining table was not clean underneath the dining mat, sticky residue uncleaned. Shower rack to place toiletries was very rusty. Bed was ok and room comfortable enough to sleep. Price at this homestay unit cheaper than others. Don't expect much then is ok to stay"
