"Ideal location, plenty of living space, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms handy when traveling with a friend. Room is a bit run down and lacked some of the simple things like tea, coffee, milk and detergent for the washing machine. Room was too light at night for my liking, could do with blackout curtains"

"There were shops close to the hotel, across a busy 3 lanes of traffic, there is a crosswalk but the cars dont slow down or stop for you. The pool was small and warm. The staff are freindly and helpful, not a large selection at breakfast. In our room the fridge didnt work, the carpets are stained and and in need of a deep clean even in the hallway outside. "The room had a very great view, the staff that met us at the lobby was very nice and helpful as well as accommodating. The only reason I put 3 stars is because the bathroom smell was just terrible. Smelled like urine and I am not sure if it’s just the piping or what. But this is not the first time we stayed in Berjaya Times. I hope they will fix it for future stays."

"I made the mistake not reading the reviews first. I was fooled by the rooftop pool and the misleading pictures. The pictures showed modern looking rooms, our room was very dated. The rug must have been 20 years old and it showed. The furniture was old but useable. The carpets made us feel dirty. The bathroom had grime on the seals. The electrics need to be checked. I reported the lamp having a pin missing in the plug, he just put it back into the wall socket. Check in was easy even though there...

"Hotel is located at the non high end part of Bukit Bintang which you would appreciate if you are into bustling night life and crowds. Staff are consistently friendly all the time and the rooms are large and modern. Would stay here again the next time I am at KL. "
