"Super Hotel, absolut perfekte Lage um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Viel zu Fuß machbar und ansonsten 4 Minuten bis UBahn. Absolut zentral im Leben mit Einkaufsstraßen, Straßenmusik und guter Atmosphäre/ Essensmöglichkeiten, aber dennoch ruhig in der Seitenstraße. Nachmittags gab es einen kleinen kostenfreien Snack und Getränke. Wunderbar nach einer Sightseeing Tour! Das Personal ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und die Zimmer sehr komfortabel."

"Wonderful Birthday Stay!
Had a fantastic stay at Pavilion Hotel KL by Banyan Tree. A big thank you to Jennis Siaw at the front desk — she noticed it was my birthday from my passport, wished me personally, and even arranged a surprise cake! She also extended our checkout time as the room wasn’t ready at check-in. The hotel is super convenient, with direct access to Pavilion Mall and a link bridge to KLCC. Great service and perfect location — will definitely return!"
"The property is well located; it's within walking distance or a short monorail/train ride to most attractions and lots of dining options. The pool is stunning and the washer/dryer is very handy. You'll need to supply your own pool and hand towels though. The check in process was more convoluted than it needed to be with the agent's preference for using messaging apps. Our major criticism would be that there are insufficient lifts for the building, with long waits around check in and check out...
"The hotel located very close to the Bukit Bintang station and it’s shopping malls. The room itself it’s new, and has unique bathroom. They clean the room tidy. But on The negative side are there’s no mini fridge & the AC in the room aren’t cold even I put it on the lowest 18’ still warm. But overall still a pleasant stay. "
"One thing that I like about this hotel is the location,very near to Bukit Bintang, but yeah if you go with lots of lugages it will be a bit difficult for you, well ...... since I just arrived from a very long flight with my mom and we have 4 big and heavy lugages, no one is helping us around. Lobby is a bit old but their room is minimalist, maybe they should renovates the lobby, our room is good, not so big but clean, the bathroom is good too, bright and clean. Overall I am happy staying at this...

when we stayed, our child got sick at midnight we call reception looking for hospital. they were very helpful in finding a taxi and even the cost of our taxi to the hospital was paid by the hotel staff, we forgot to ask for his name.
when checking out we met with the assistant manager (Mr. Huzairie) we conveyed this & were very grateful for the hospitality & comfort during our stay.
