I always like Pan Pacific that’s why I stay here. I was about to give 1 star because of my room smelt smoke very bad very not acceptable. I cancelled because of very nice staff, property clean, location very good, everything what I look for was here minus the smoke issue. So I purposely overnighted in KL to go to Pavillion. I checked in hotel 9pm, left hotel for dinner nearby. Went back little past midnight into our room first time. Smell smoke very bad. I thought the place is non smoking? I called receptionist past midnight, but because of we were very tired and I will check out in the morning, so wedecided to stay in the same room. What a mistake! I got headache next day. Suggestion to management: you guys need very straight with your non smoking policy building. It’s very dissapointed the fact that the room smell smoke very bad. From staff reaction, it seemed common issue with the place.
