"We book for 3 room at Royal Hotel for family holidays. when we stayed, our child got sick at midnight we call reception looking for hospital. they were very helpful in finding a taxi and even the cost of our taxi to the hospital was paid by the hotel staff, we forgot to ask for his name. when checking out we met with the assistant manager (Mr. Huzairie) we conveyed this & were very grateful for the hospitality & comfort during our stay. Special thanks for the staff who help me in the midnight...

"We really enjoyed our stay at The PARKROYAL Suites , the room had all we needed for a comfortable stay, with some nice extras , the only complaint we had was we stayed 3 nights and on 2 nights we were disturbed by a broken A/C which leaked badly lots of water down on our cooked food , and then had on both nights service engineers in our room for like 30 minutes with cleaning service to follow , But at checkout we never received no thanks , not a word about this disturbance and then we got hit...

"Location was great, right in the heart of the city. Walkable to many malls, cafes and entertainment places. Only con was that there were quite a number of beggars around the area. Room was clean and big (was in the basic room with no window but not an issue since it was intended to ensure we won't hear the noise). However sound proofing could be better for the door, cos we could hear when people outside the corridor but it wasn't disruptive. Don't think I could hear my neighbours in their room...

"Some staff was helpfull but some is unfriendly. Has stain in my pillow"
