"The villa we were assigned to didn’t have an elevator. We were on the third floor. The concierge helped bring our bags up to the third floor. It wasn’t until later that evening we found out it didn’t have elevator service. It was a struggle bringing all the bags down without help on check-out day. We some how managed. "

"The property’s location is amazingly beautiful and unimaginable. It couldn’t be placed in a better location. What I didn’t like was others ignoring the request to not feed the animals. When the animals are fed they expect to be fed and when you don’t feed them they whine constantly. The whining takes away from a peaceful quiet meal. "

"I thought this property was great! All the staff were very friendly & helpful. The food was good as well! It was perfect for our honeymoon. Iñake with Costa Rica unique experience was great! We booked three tours through them & it was amazing!! The location is a bit secluded, but if you’re looking for a quiet spot this is great! There’s a few great restaurants nearby."
