"This is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. My problem is the lack of communication. I had to email 3 times before getting instructions on how to pick up the key. When we arrived, the boiler had been completely turned off so I emailed the caretaker for instructions on lighting the fireplace to provide heat until the boiler came up. No response. The cottage information listed a washer dryer. Once we had washed our clothes, I couldn’t find how to use the dryer. Another email and no...
