After a day of vicious weather, the building made me feel warm and safe. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you'd need. Multiple refrigerators and a water dispenser are available. If the weather is nice: it offers decent Aurora viewing balconies (although I'd recommend walking 1-2min up the street to avoid some of the industrial lighting)....
