"Hotel Fransiskus was one of our favorite stays in Iceland, We had some queries before we reached but Diana at reception was a great help and very respectful and responsive. She made sure to answer all our questions and guide us about the restaurants near by. We had a nice quick chat with her when we reached. The breakfast buffet was good too. We loved our experience here and recommend the place a 100%"
