"The check Kim was wonderful,half the luggage was not put on the Swiss Air flight so we could not leave the airport for 2 1/2 hours there fore missing our organised transportation but the hotel night auditor organized another person that had already finished work for the day to come and pick us up for another 150 euros. He did a great job organising it. The hotel and staff were outstanding and the hotel being built in the 1500’s was immaculate."

"Each room had a theme and was very clean. The only downsides were that it is on the 5th floor of the building and there is no check in desk. Being on the 5th floor wasn’t an issue until the last day when we were checking out. "Host was very accommodating and kind. Room and surroundings were extremely clean and spacious. While the room just has a fridge and kettle, we also had access to a communal area for breakfast and simple meals (microwave, toaster oven, and dishes (no cookware). Train 8 minutes walk, ferry 20 minutes (with an 1.30 euro elevator down cliff to dock if you have mobility challenges). Great supermarket's 3 minutes away and many great restaurants.
