"We had 1 request that we followed up numerous times with reservations and were actually given the complete opposite on check in which we weren’t happy about. The man at reception was anything but helpful with our issue. There was only 1 warm pool, heater broken in 1 pool and the others felt cold all the time. Quite far out of town, need a car, short walk to 4 mile beach. Apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable but smelt super mouldy and damp."

"The garden setting and the u shape of the overall resort are lovely. The beach is very close literally metres away. Although the pool and spa are not heated it was still refreshing to have a dip due to the overall warm winter weather. The washing machine and dryer are in the apartment so very convenient. "The room was unclean, the air con barely worked and was noisy, and the noise from other rooms and doors slamming was ridiculous. I made a specific request that I needed a quiet room for sleep as I had an early start (up at 4am), this request clearly was not met. We left before 10pm and found somewhere else to stay."
