The hotel is beautiful with a lot of charm and character, beds are comfortable, the staff is amazing, conveniently located with a short walking distance to all the sites, shopping, restaurants (the Italian restaurant at the hotel is very good), quiet, and very clean. "Stayed here for a week in Dec. and got to know this place well. The good: It’s in a quiet area and the bedroom is very dark, so easy to get a good sleep. Great shower, kitchen amenities, and a solid living area. The place was quite clean and spacious. The so-so: Instead of a duvet cover, the duvet was sandwiched between two top-sheets so it was difficult to keep it covered. In winter, the baseboard heating struggled to get above 20-21c. "The location of this property is amazing. It is truly in the heart of Le Petit Champlain area and is so picturesque. Walking distance to upper and lower areas of Old Quebec. There were a number of pubs and restaurants in buildings with centuries of history. The property itself was easy to get into and was warm and cozy after a cold day of touring Old Quebec."
