The staff at the property were absolutely perfect; they are so helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. The breakfast on the rooftop that was included in our package was incredible. The view from the rooftop is lovely and the staff and service was impeccable. Michael who was our waiter/server in the rooftop restaurant was outstanding and made our breakfast each day extremely peaceful and enjoyable. He gave us great tips about Bali and was so generous and with his time and professional service.

From the moment we checked in, everything was smooth. The team went out of their way to accommodate our needs, and no request was ever too much. They also guided us on which activities to do and took care of all the bookings for us, which made planning effortless. Breakfast was easily a 10/10. We didn't get a chance to try lunch or dinner, but based on breakfast, I'm sure they're just as great. The nightly events were amazing, and everyone around us was clearly enjoying them. I can't say enough about housekeeping, either. They were incredibly fast and attentive. I'm from Texas, and honestly, I don't think any resort or hotel back home matches the humility, generosity, and speed of service we experienced at Grand Seminyak. A special shout-out to Alan, Dharma, and Hadi for their professionalism and warm hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

What had a great short getaway and stayed at the Grand Seminyak Lifestyle resort. The place was in a great location and the pool, view of the sea was the best. Staff at the resort was so so kind and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we would ask for and more. The breakfast menu was on point with a great chef who would cook our food to whatever our requirements. Thank you once again and see you soon again.

This location is very convenient. My only concern is the property itself; it’s quite old and not well-maintained. However, the staff was fantastic so I think renovations are probably needed. Overall, the experience was okay but a modern renovation with modern features would have been much better.

Nice spacious rooms. Some rooms are under renovations, we heard some construction noise but not a huge deal. There are shows, entertainments, so not a quiet place at all which is perfect as this is where the action takes place, location location location is great. Delicious food at both restaurants. Most of all, staff members are all so nice, helpful and happy to assist you in anyway.

It is a lovely set of staff. Building is tired and very plain reception. However the pool side area was nice. And the room was excellent. I felt the place could be relatively easily lifted to former glory. Note on the Sat night there was a very very loud rock band amped up so high we could not hear each other talk in our rooms bwteeen 6pm and 9pm. Other tiny note is that all the staff seemed to be constantly on their mobile phones which did not seem very professional Great location Overall the downsides are outweighed for me by the loveliness of staff and the location

The room was very clean, really spacious with walk in wardrobe - we are here on our anniversary and were upgraded to an oceanview which was beautiful. I have a diary allergy and the staff were so accommodating - the breakfast offered was à la carte and some buffet - music, fire dancing and fireworks every night but finished before 10 - the staff were so friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything

Wonderful staff and a great location! The rooms were clean, and housekeeping was always on top of everything. The only negative experience we had was with the water in our room. When we checked in, the water wasn't fully running, and once it was, the water quality wasn't great. We had to let it run for about an hour before it cleared up. A few days later, the same issue happened again. The staff responded quickly each time and got the water running again, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great stay, and it would have been an even better experience if we hadn't had the water issues.
