Villa pertama di Bali
Lokasi yang bagus dekat dengan pusat keramaian Seminyak, ac kurang ckup untuk cuaca yang sangat panas..kolam renang sangat kecil hanya untuk berendam saja..kebersihan kamar lumayan, namun byk lumut dan tidak terlalu bersih pada luar kamar..semoga bisa bermanfaat bagi pelanggan lain

We mostly enjoyed our stay at Jas Boutique Villas while the property could do with some maintenance and repairs we understand why these may have not been carried out due to the Bali still recovering from the pandemic. The staff all seemed to be nice and helpful and the villas are located in a quiet but walkable area plenty of dining options, convenience stores and not far from Bin Tang supermarket. The only thing that left a sour taste for us was a handmade leather wallet I purchased went missing prior to our check out my husband and I both thought the other had packed It and it wasn't until we got home that we realised it was missing (we checked the room prior to departure to make sure we hadn't left anything) once discovered I contacted the property to ask if it had been found after our departure they got back to me quite quickly to say it hadn't been and we did another search of luggage to make sure it's definitely not here so I contacted them again expressing my concerns about it being taken out of the villa prior to check out and got absolutely no reply which I have found quite frustrating.

Do not stay
This is an unfortunate review to write for a stay that was highly anticipated and planned for many months. We had a five night stay and had booked months ahead going by the staged photos and review some of which are negative also but willing to give it a go. Upon arrival which was after nine pm in torrential rain. We were asked by staff to view the Villa before committing to the booking which I thought was a bit weird. Looking at the Villa at night appeared to be aesthetically pleasing so we went back out into the rain to reception with only one umbrella offered to four of us as we were advised all others had been used by guests - no big deal but that was first red flag. In the morning upon closer inspection, the bathroom was in dire need for an upgrade with crack in tiles and paint over paint in some areas which had bubbles and would peel eventually, the door stopper on sliding door to bathroom was just sitting on the floor, towel rack very loose and about to fall off the wall, one lamp shade in the bedroom was about to also fall off. Sheets were a grey coloured white with stains, the furniture is like a laminate and chipped in many places. Kitchen area had a small lounge but no table so the bed would suffice as a table. Limited crockery and cutlery, hot water had been turned off in the kitchen making washing up difficult. The pool and surroundings had seen better days, the pool needed a good clean, overall not a place I would recommend.

Great Villa to stay at which is only a short walk back to the busy area. If your after a quiet location with its own private pool, then this is the place to stay. Our villa had some minor wear and tear but overall, we loved it. Service from the staff was great. We would certainly recommend staying here.

We have Stayed at all 3 jas villa hotels in Bali many times, staff are always helpful and friendly. Air conditioner and pool nice and cold ,close to bintang supermarket ,see you again soon

Loved our stay
We stayed at Jas Botique last month and absolutely loved it. It’s close to the main road in Seminyak and easily located. The villa looked like the photo which was a plus and the pillows were amazing. The included breakfast each morning was very nice and rooms were topped up with complimentary water each day. The only issue we had was construction next door where the workers could actually look down into our private pool area but this was no fault to the villas as it wasn’t their construction works. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay in the 1 bedroom villa. Close by to the shops. Great size for 2 and the private pool was nice and clean. Great breakfast options which you order and they deliver to your room.

This is the 2nd at this property and it was as good as the 1st friendly staff make all the difference. Some more indepth maintenance would not go astray. (Locks, Drains extra)

J'ai réservé pour 5 nuits je suis reparti le lendemain de la 1ère nuit. Les draps étaient poisseux gris et non pas blancs. La clim passée juste au-dessus du lit pas moyen de baisser donc obligé de l'éteindre. La piscine ou plutôt un grand bassin était sale le matelas taché. Très mauvaise expérience. publicité mensongère les photos ne correspondent pas du tout. Je ne félicite pas expédia. Et je reviendrai vers vous avec des photos à l'appui

The villa is spacious which is great as plenty of space to move around. Wide beds also which is great and comfortable with large pillows. However I found the pool very small and not so good to swim at night as the water is slightly cold.

The Staff were excellent, always ready to help if required. Villa's were located nice and handy to shops and money exchange store. We would happily book and stay there again when next in Seminyak, Bali.

Staff fantastic, breakfasts were lovely. Pool was nice and private. Bedding and all linen needs throwing out. Unhygienic. We felt dirty the whole time we were there. Air conditioning felt damp, we cut out stay short and booked Nusa Dua - Sadara. Absolutely Fantastic. Wouldn’t stay at Jas Villa again

Vila was okay
Location was okay, not the best walking down the alley at night. Lots of dead bugs in the room. Lots of bugs at night within the room. Although villa pool was nice, but always cold.

The property is dated and needs some minor touch ups to make it shine again. But it is tucked away in a lovely spot. The first villa we were in want like the pictures and the bed was no good for me so staff quickly apologised and put us in a room with a new bed. It was great from this moment on. Fantastic private pool with a water feature. Big bath and shower. Kitchen outside of the villa if you want to cook, simple pots/pans and utensils are all there. Staff are lovely and very helpful. There’s a free local shuttle if it’s not on a day trip!

Property needed some updating a bit of TLC. Bed sheets and towels definitely need replacing as they have lost their colour and look shabby. But The Villas are good value for money, free drinking water daily and cheap beer in mini bar. Good selection of TV channels. Great central location in Seminyak and staff very friendly and helpful. Great Spa at Sister site. 😁

Staff were very courteous and accomodating. Property we stayed was a one bedrokm villa with a swimming pool and fully equipped kitchen and table. Great for families. Since it's a villa, it also comes with nature's bugs and insects.

Excellent family experience.
Close to the main street, (Seminyak street) easy to reach all the shops/restaurant/bars by walking, which is very important for family like us with 2 kids in age 5 & 1.5. Staff are super friendly and nice, including the front desk, room service, driver. We've also ordered food and massage from the hotel, price are very reasonable. Overall,we had a 5 star experience in JAS, sure will come back again for another family trip.

My wife and I appreciated the excellent staff and their efforts for making an enjoyable stay, especially ‘Chinn’. Booking in and out quick and easy. Quiet part of Seminyak but definitely not the best part of town. Villas were clean and today, staff friendly and accommodating however definitely only 3 star, below average restaurant, and villas desperately need refurbishment. Nothing like the photos which were probably taken many years ago.
