What made our experience great was the staff. They're so helpful and accommodating. They really take care of the guests and make sure we're having a good trip! The villa itself is beautiful, well placed and we never had any complaints.

Heerlijke ontspannen vakantie
We zijn erg verwend door het aardige personeel van Kumpul Kumpul. Een prima appartement. Heerlijke bedden. Het gebouw zelf verdient wel een lik verf. De keuken in het appartement is sober en verouderd maar er zijn zoveel lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt dat wij niet gekookt hebben. Een heerlijk zwembad. Het complex ligt minden in het centrum maar zodra je poort binnen bent is het er heerlijk rustig. Wij hebben een super vakantie gehad ook mede door de goede service van het personeel. Een aanrader.

Stor romslig leilighet, med eget privat inngangsområde. Kun ac på soverom, stue/kjøkken er delevis åpent med gulvvifte. Bratt trapp til 2. et. Stort pluss for vanndispenser. Tungvint wifi, hvær 12. time må det logges inn på nytt. Da må en først se 20 sekunder hotellreklame før passord skrives inn. Greit bassengområde med alltid ledige solsenger. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Grei rengjøring. Grei ferdiglaga frokost som bestilles dagen før og serveres på kjøkkenet til ønsket tid. Grei beliggenhet, bare noen få meter ut til gata med butikker, rest. barer, massasje mm.

It is a perfect place to stay if you want to be central to everything, the property is clean and quiet despite being only 100m from the main street. Bintang supermarket is a 3-4 min walk , money changer a couple minutes down the road and a 5 min drive to the beach, you could walk but it feels like a long way int he tropical climate. The pool is spacious and is always the perfect temperature to swim. The single bedroom villa has a huge king size bed ( 3 pillow lengths) it is only air conditioned in the bedroom not down stairs living area. There are light curtains on the window so the room does get light early with the sunrise. Breakfast was pleasant with a choice of 5 options a day and your choice of delivery time. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. The staff were friendly and greeted you every time you passed. security is at the villa during the hours the reception is closed. The only downside is that the only beverages available at the hotel are bintang or guinnes. I cannot fault the property at all and would stay again.

The pool area is quite dangerous the wooden boarding is lifted in places and the edges are sharp the padded lounger seats smell awful because they never get dried. The villa is lovely clean and spacious, The staff are friendly.The area full of nice places to eat, there's a water park quite close,lots of shops and a pharmacist the is excellent.

The villa is very old, not maintained. Many mosquitos. Wifi was not secure and would cut out frequently. Water wasn't hot. Seminyak in general isnt a great place too. If you are a tourist people will harass you every chance they can to take a taxi or buy a shirt. Check out Ubud and Uluwatu.

J’ai séjourné 6 jours, la chambre est vraiment belle, le personnel est aux petits soins. La piscine vaut le coup, très bel endroit. Pas de bruit, et près des rues très fréquentés. Cependant, le petit déjeuner est vraiment pas de bonne qualité, si ce n’est très mauvais. Beaucoup de choix, mais la qualité n’est pas au rendez-vous c’est dommage. Parfois l’eau chaude pour 2 personnes s’arrêtait uniquement pour la première personne. J’ai du prendre pas mal de douche à l’eau froide. Dans l’ensemble c’est un bon séjour! Améliorer le petit déjeuner est vraiment nécessaire.

The villa was spacious and comfortable. Within walking distance of the beach. It is situated off the main street so its quiet. Swimming pool is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average. Within walking distance of good restaurants.

Disappointed
To say we were disappointed when we arrived to the hotel would be an understatement. The hotel was going through renovations which we were never told about. The water from where they were renovating was running into the pool. The room was nothing like the pictures in the hotel. Items in the kitchen were dirty and looked like they had never been washed. We ended up finding other accommodation which wasn't in our budget but we could not stay here.

Good villa accommodation close to main street.
We stayed four nights at KK III. Villas are very spacious and clean. Close to many shops and restaurants. Pool is big but deep in most of it (not suitable for very young children) Breakfast delivered to your room each day is nice and options change daily. Staff very nice and always helpful. Only negative is there is renovation work at the moment on a new reception and it is making noise and dust and it's right next to the pool.

Cozy villa
My husband and I stayed in a 1 bedroom villa and it was lovely. We loved having our kitchen and sitting area outdoors but still having the bedroom with air conditioning and closed off from mosquitoes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, you chose from a menu and they deliver it to your kitchen table at your specified time. The only downfall was they are renovating the lobby, which is next to the pool. You are still able to use the pool area but it wasn’t very relaxing with all the construction. They are very respectful and only work during the day and you cannot hear it from your villa. There is a nice beach a short walk away as well as many shops and restaurants! We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Bali.

Lovely surprise
Yes, this hotel is a little dated but it is in a great spot, close to Seminyak Square. Nice and quiet. Rooms are clean and well-appointed. The staff and pool are the highlight of this hotel. Breakfast is a nice bonus. Could do with a little maintenance (power points next to the bed didn't work) but nothing that impacted negatively on our stay. Would stay here again. Great hotel for the price point. Villas are a good size.

Kuvat antoivat ymmärtää, että kyseessä olisi isompi tila. Tosiasiassa 160 neliötä koostui kahdesta ilmastoidusta huoneesta ja kylpyhuoneista, muut tilat eivät olleet varsinaiseti sisällä. Olohuone ja keittiö olivat avonaisia tiloja, joten sisällä oli ajoittain ötököitä yms. Alakerrassa ja yläkerrassa oli paljon hukkatilaa, jossa ei ollut yhtään mitään kalusteita. Keittiövälineet olivat aika kuluneen näköiset. Itse makuuhuoneet ja kylpprit olivat kyllä hyvät ja siistit. Allasalue myöskin ihan hyvä. Jos etsit kahta huonetta jotka ovat ikään kuin samassa pihassa niin tämä voi olla hyvä valinta. Jos etsit isoa ilmastoitua villaa, tämä ei ole sellainen.

Kumpul Kumpul was in a good position,. Great pool. Private villas. Friendly staff. Quiet. However, we found that the mattress and chairs were really hard and uncomfortable and the stairs going up to the bedroom were steep.

Staff are fantastic, pool was great, the villas are very spacious much better than just having an hotel room. The interior of the villa is a little tired could do with some more soft furnishings and some furniture for the upstairs balcony. Hot water service is a little small but overall good value for money.

立地が良いので、買い物や食事には困りません。 お部屋はそこそこきれいです(お掃除はきれいにしてくださってました)。蟻やヤモリは当たり前と思ってますが、ゴキブリには閉口しました。また、リビングやキッチンは外なので、暑くてほとんど使えませんでした。 Wi-Fiも1階のベッドルームでは殆ど入らず、ストレスになるので使いませんでした。 ヴィラのスタッフは、非常にフレンドリーで礼儀正しく、親切でした。
