Not a good experience

The hotel was located centrally in north seminayak but the condition of the rooms was unbearable. The pictures shown on internet are of the self contained villa unit, the other rooms are miles away with cleanliness, the towels need updating

Extremely disappointing

The pictures the hotel showed on the internet were completely different to the conditions when we arrived. The suite should include a private pool - this pool was at another facility. When we called the hotel manager, named "Madame Wydia", she first said that these wrong information wouldn't be her fault and we should contact lastminute.com if we are unhappy with the service of the hotel! When we asked her to give us anything as an extra service in consequence of this wrong information she laughed and said she can not do anything like that because it's not included in our booking. When we said we will tell that on the review she shouted at us. Terrible manager. The staff at the hotel was friendly but never able to solve any problem whenever we asked them for help. Breakfast, which was included, was okay. The rooms were okay but still too pricey and not the rooms which were promised. I will never book villa harmony again, because harmony is a thing you don't get there.

Afslappende, hyggeligt og lækkert

Et rigtig dejligt ophold i meget afslappende omgivelser. Sødt personale, dog en smule langsomme - glemte Eks. Byttepenge fra vasketøj og havde ikke styr på Pick-up. Dog var værelset meget lækkert og morgenmaden kom som bestilt.

Det skal fremgå på hjemmesiden at når man bestiller et delux værelse er der ikke adgang til pool. Jeg va af den opfattelse at der var en fælles pool og privat pool til villalejlighederne. Der var andre gæster der også havde samme opfattelse

I booked two bedrooms villa,when I check in,the lady told me they only have two bedrooms junior villa,I said the price is different, finally she gave me six bedrooms villa instead,but I can feel their booking system have some problem, although six bedrooms villa is huge but not really clean,no hair dryer in both bedroom,many cigarettes in the ground.

The staff is very friendly and always aim to please. They are very sweet indeed. From the pictures I was lead to think there was a pool available for hotel guests. This pool is for selected rooms only. There is no breakfastroom or bar available. The hot water disapeared after the 2 first days and even if we let staff know it never came back for the rest of the 2 weeks. The rainforest showerhead was clogged with chalk. One day coming back from the beach they didnt have the key to my room. It turned out they had forgotten it in the door after cleaning my room. On this keychaine was the key to the safe with all my valueables. Nothing had gone missing though. Had problems getting my Mac online, but that could very well be my machine. A nice hotel at the price. Cold water in the shower most of the time. Boring breakfast. Nice room. Loved the staff. Most pleasant and helpful.

Nice villa and location tucked away

Had a good stay at Villa Harmony, staff were friendly and helpful. The villa is tucked in away from the main street of North Seminyak, so its not as noisy etc. Further away then we thought, If you don't have a moped you have to catch a taxi to the main streets etc.

Bon sejour , plutot agreable , plutot bien insonoriser comparer a certains hotel de bali. Belle piscine mais privatisé unique pour la Villa dommage ( accecible par les autres clients unique si la villa est non occupé). Petit dej moyen!

蚊子超多

在外面游泳池跟戶外廚房餐桌吃飯都沒什麼蚊子！ 但房間裡面蚊子多的要命，打死無數隻，還要擦防蚊乳液才敢睡。 不知道是不是只有我們這間才這種。
