A fuir !!! Les viillas proposés sont très sale, le nettoyage laisse à désirer. Nous avons retrouver des bouteilles d'eaux vides et des mégots de cigarettes sous les lits, les serviettes étaient tachées, le mobilier n'était pas nettoyé, et j'en passe... Nous avons également retrouvé un rat dans notre baignoire ! Nous étions vraiment choqués de voir qu'il est possibne d'accueillir des clients dans ces conditions. Le seul point positif est la zone où est située l'hébergement.

Was lovely to stay at this property. It was quiet and safe and they always cleaned the room when requested. However, the bathrooms could do with a deep clean to get rid of scum on taps. The wooden beds although comfortable and large king sizes, were so noisy, every movement or rollover/turn the whole bed squeaked. The kitchen also had a funky smell, more of a "lack of useage" smell. 1 of the rooms also had a dusky mould smell but was no mould in the room. Although they were lovely to deal with and we enjoyed having our own private pool. Family of 4 with 2 teenagers who enjoyed our stay for the 5 nights we stayed. Wasnt too far from the shops but you did need to catch a gojek for about 7 mins to the Seminyak Square which was no problem at all as there are plenty of restaurants, pubs and grocery stores near by just at the end of the driveway. Overall we did enjoy our stay at this accommodation.

There were a lot of problems with this property from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and asked to store our bags until check-in time. The bags just sat in the reception area until we came back three hours later. Inside the villa, doors to the outdoor area did not close properly, the showers/bathrooms were grimy and dirty, the toilet bowls were dirty, especially behind the seat and the showers/sinks didn't drain well at all. Difficult to have a shave or a shower in! We didn't use the pool at the villa the entire stay as the pump did not work, causing the pool to have a film over the top of the water and a lot of dirt on the bottom of the pool. The outdoor decking was also damaged, which meant we couldn't even enjoy the outdoor area during our stay. There was an ongoing issue with ants, to the point where there was a build up of dead ants in rooms which remained uncleaned during our stay. Upon checkout, we had a young employee walk through the property with us. When we discussed these issues, he looked blankly at us. He then proceeded to check every TV in the villa to ensure they were still connected to the TV and seemed disinterested in anything else upon check out. We received an excellent deal through Expedia for this property, however the "deal' probably better reflected the standard of the property when compared with the actual price quoted prior to the deal. Very disappointing conclusion to our trip.

The villa I stayed in was filthy, very poorly maintained and photos presented on the website were deceptive. The furniture in the villa was very uncomfortably The kitchen area was unappealing and dirty Decking around the pool was falling apart and Unsafe I contacted customer support upon checking in, with my concerns and was reassured that I would be contacted in 72 hours but did not hear back. The staff and location was the only good point. Me and wife were looking forward to this trip since we haven’t had a holiday for a long time and unfortunately we were let down.

We really enjoyed our stay at white lotus villas. you can tell it is a touch run down in the bathrooms however everything is kept extremely clean. Wish the pool area got more sun but not much they can do about that. Villa is in a great location!

The villa was huge and very spacious. It was beautiful and well decorated. The service was excellent from staff. One thing the property can improve on is the bathrooms. They probably require a renovation as there are leaks around the showers and toilets and looks a bit older than the rest of the villa. Another suggestion would also be to have a couple more mirrors in the villa. Overall, it was a very good stay.

In a good location away from noise but still in the centre of lovely restaurants and close to mrs Sippy and potato head. Very spacious and very comfortable. Although our electricity would randomly turn off and not turn back on for hours. The hot water was limited and fridge was warm. Although a very clean and nice place just needs a bit of updating with electricity.

Lovely family villa near potato head beach club!

Was a lovely place! When you arrive, they will greet you with cold drinks and cold towel in such a hot weather. Very friendly staff and accommodating to our requests as much as possible. They offer massage at the villa. It was at a reasonable price. Down side was that, the water system of the bath tub was leaking. Whenever you try to fill your bath tub, there might be leak. But no worries, can ask for more floor mat to dry up the place! The shower head and rain shower pressure was too strong and uneven. Otherwise nice villa and lovely people! Oh yes! And their private pool is just nice with adequate sunlight! :)

Large villa that can easily accommodate up to 6 people. Expansive kitchen, dining and living area which is all enclosed and air conditioned. Large private pool, but could be a problem for people with small children as there is no way to secure the pool area.

White lotus Bali

A so-so villa. Staffs were friendly but the equipments in the villa seems aged and we were without tv and water for bathing on our last days.

Needs some TLC

We were in Villa 3. The facilities that were listed for the property did not match what was actually there. No hair dryer, the kitchen was barely equipped, received 2 pool towels (there were 3 of us), ran out of toilet paper, we weren't sure if we were getting breakfast as no one came so I had to go up to reception to ask where it was. The shower in my bathroom was just plain gross. The drain was blocked (I could see the build up, a lot of gross muck in there!). The shower head and hose all need replacing, two lights weren't working. There was no mirror in the bedroom downstairs.

Huge Villa

Hi my husband and I stayed four nights at White Lotus Villa, fantastic spot to stay. Villa was so huge, breakfast was great and so quite really lovely ,could have done with a water dispenser other villa's I have had have this facility that have hot & cold water ,yes I would stay again.
