"Nice hotel, little dated, but in a great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Decent little pool, with a very reasonably priced bar. Good breakfast. Would go again. The town is beautiful. Only downside, parking at the hotel is very tight. Small multi story carcark up the hill, but it’s a little expensive."

"Our experience at this hotel was beyond excellent. The room was so clean and modern and had two rooms with large rounded windows and a lovely balcony where you can see the city/port. The shower was clean and had great water pressure and the beds were made nicely each day. We were so happy with our view but when we went to the rooftop it was even more breathtaking, providing 360 degree views of the mountains, city, and water- a great photo opp. The staff was helpful and nice, especially Giancarlo...

"When we arrived they advised our dinner reservations were cancelled because a large wedding party had booked the restaurant. We had booked this months in advance.The door knob fell off the door and we could not lock our room. The shower hose came loose from the wall and sprayed water every where. The wedding party band kept us up til midnight. Room service breakfast arrived cold.The hotel is beautiful but not a good experience."

"We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for. The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well. Breakfast was continental, with a good range of breads, pastries, cheese, jam, yogurts & fruits. They had some pre packaged gluten free items for my coeliac husband...

"Hotel in ristrutturazione, ma nessun disagio per chi vi soggiorna (la piscina è in ristrutturazione e pertanto non disponibile). Camere comunque nuove con arredamento Frau, pulite, bagno ampio con doccia, ciabattine di servizio, colazione a buffet dolce e salata, tutto ottimo!"

"Very nice English speaking staff, so helpful. The small bathing area is very nice. We were overlooking the beach which came with a beautiful view . There is a room and hallway to the lift that is very depressing, although authentic, could really do with modernising , this also applies to the breakfast room. It was lovely having breakfast overlooking the sea , you don’t have to sit in the breakfast room ."
