Hotel dekat WAS

"Clean room, staff was very friendly"

"I didn't have a pleasant stay. The front desk representative wasn't pleasant. I only stayed for 1 night and I requested a late check out in which the rep stated we can't because house keeping said no. The rep was so unpleasant and short with her response. Moreover,When I checked out,she was again not pleasant and never said thanks for staying or asked how was my stay. I will definitely try to avoid staying here going forward. Thank you for your survey,"

"Room was spacious, I loved the happy hour and free drinks they gave out"

"I don't like the parking thing, it won't allow you to go out even when you do a drop off and pick up."

"La verdad que este hotel ya no es lo que era antes. 3 veces en dos días el ascensor no funcionaba. El desayuno sin variedad y no reponían lo que se les acababa porque no había más. Nada de opción para lo que tienen intolerancia a la lactosa."

"There was nothing to like. Staff showed no interest in my needs. I reported the phone, no microwave... and ni ine came to address those issues. Room was never cleaned."

"The staff was friendly upon arrival. Due to bad experiences in previous hotels, I thoroughly checked the room, beds, towels, and washcloths for cleanliness and unfortunately bed bugs - THIS room was immaculate. I wasn't really worried about staying at this hotel since it is affiliated with IHG, and I have NEVER been disappointed with a reservation at an IHG hotel. I appreciated that the double-bed room we stayed in had both a microwave and a fridge, not either/or, a couch and table, as well as a...

"No dresser and a tiny closet. Had to hook up the tv myself. Nowhere to put luggage. Could not control air conditioning-room was cold. Bed was comfortable. Had small fridge and keurig. Ok for a few days, but not long term."

"It was a nice stay at this hotel and would return."

"My son attends American University and we came down for Family Weekend. The hotel was a little bit away from the main campus. However, the Metro Station is located in the hotel. My mother in-law has a difficult time walking and everything was easy for her to access. The staff was lovely. Very helpful. Rooms were comfortable and exceptionally clean. Would definitely book again for our next trip down to see my son. Great experience overall."

"Really enjoyed staying here. Clean and beautiful property. Would definitely stay here again."
