"saya menginap tipe apartment. Sangat bersih, luas, fasilitas sangat lengkap, sungguh sulit dipercaya saya bisa mendapatkannya dg harga yang murah. Lokasi hotel persis diseberang lego land, hanya 5 menit berjalan kaki melewati mall of medini (sebutan mall agak berlebihan bagi saya, sebenarnya hanya terdiri dr beberapa resto dan mini market). "The hotel is in a good location and very spacious rooms. The room condition is not great upon closer inspection as there are a lot of small damages, but in general it was a pleasant stay and decent value for money. The breakfast was good. The staff at check in and maintenance staff were not very useful and I saw the cleaners hiding often on their phones, but when they did the work it was fine."

"Hotel cancelled our booking and did not even inform us! When we went to check in, staff said it was overbooked and our booking was cancelled! We drove over one hour at night just to be told this??? They couldn’t even inform me earlier so that I won’t have to drive so long? And there were a few other families all left stranded because their booking too was cancelled.
