"We booked for three nights to walk the hills around Rinjani only stayed one then left. The rooms are old and cramped, we had ants in the bed and got no sleep due to dogs fighting and the sound of the road. The toilet seats are broken and water supply variable, I got a hot shower my wife didn’t. We asked Mr Din how much the transfer to the airport would be the next day when we wanted to book it the price had doubled. "

"Had a wonderful stay at The Sira. Everything was excellent from arrival to departure. The staff was warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
