"Stunning design with excellent restaurants in the hotel. The pool and spa are lovely and staff wuite helpful. Minor quibble in our bath, as the shower seal was weak and hence water leaked into the WC area. Also yiful bathtub but the tap supplying it was impossible to decipher. Overall an excellent and stylish choice. Dont miss high tea if you stay there."

"Excellent service experienced right from the beginning in front desk reception (Ms Anggi), throughout the stay ( housekeeping, breakfast, facilities ) down to a very swift checkout. Request for a high floor was granted and came with stunning view of the SCBD skyscrapers. Apartment was in prime condition ( seemed brand new ) with abundant of amenities and appliances working well. Overall a great staycation and we would love to come back again soon."

"Lokasi hotel yang menjadi satu dengan Mall membuat kami agak sulit menemukan reception desk. Ketika bertanya untuk parkir ditunjukan parkir utk Mall, lalu disarankan menuju lantai G yang merupakan bagian Mall. Setelah bertanya berkali2, akhirnya kami harus keluar Mall dan berjalan menyusuri mall. Yang membuat kesal kami harus naik tangga, salah seorang teman kami kakinya sedang sakit sehingga agak sulit berjalan dan naik tangga. Resepsionis dan staf ramah, pelayanannya cepat. Secara keseluruhan...

"From 16 to 18 February 2019, it was another wonderful stay in Sahid Mutiara Hotel in Karawaci. Truly, Ms Gita showed her wonderful and sincere smile jovially when she saw me. A feeling made me (and you) felt like you had returned home. All other staffs were polite too. My 3 friends told me they had enjoyed their stay in this hotel as they like the room cleanliness, good restaurant food and many others. We stayed in Room 610 and 612. I definitely will return to Sahid Mutiara Hotel again."
