The staff were very helpful and accommodating, taking every opportunity to get to know us by name from the beginning. "The rooms were clean and large. Even though it is somewhat worn and dated, everything worked. We had one issue with the A/C remote that was fixed immediately. The staff were all warm and friendly. We arrived late and the restaurant just closed but Kaden and her colleagues scrambled around to get us snacks and a beverage. We had all our meals in the onsite restaurant and they were all good. Breakfast buffet was good value. My wife and I had a spa treatment for two. My wife said it was the best massage she’s ever had. "

"This hotel is in Candidasa. Quietly tucked away from the rest of Ubud. It was close to the Lempuyang, and Besakih Temples. Also close to Amed Restaurant, where most people go for beautiful sunsets. "

"Resort is excellent and staff great. We were in a villa with a semi-private pool which was fantastic. Breakfast was fine, some of the buffet food could have been hotter - just go for the egg station. Was lacking shade on the beach, and the beach is not good for swimming. "
