"WC in damage, no water tank flush. AC disappeared the cool menu (only fan & dry). TV lost channels. Several times calling for Technicians to repair. Exhausted! Last day asking a male receptionist for late checkout, only be allowed 30 minutes for 1 room whereas I booked in total 3 rooms. Although we checked out almost at 1pm due to waiting for porters. Worst part, after going home, the hotel staff called me for payment which they forgot to charge when I checked in untill checked out (I thought...

I was quite shocked that they charged breakfast fee to my 6 years old child (half price). I found this not usual, since i never got charged for breakfast of child under 7 years old. "One of the less expensive hotels I looked at but with the best reviews and i can see why now! Excellent in every way and all the staff were so respectful, helpful and friendly. Special mention for Peni , a trainee, who went out of her way to help me. Also Sheira . Both ladies are a real asset to the Hotel . I initially booked for a week but extended to 3 weeks here bcs I rate it so highly "
