Fantastic family stay

Hotel location is great, lovely in-room amenities. The pillows were too soft but the team were able to offer foam pillow quickly. Breakfast had a lot of options!

It was amazing, and all the staff members were so friendly. I will definitely come back to Grand Josun for our next trip to Jeju. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Aria breakfast offers numerous options to eat. The hotel is kid-friendly, and the pool was clean and great. Thank you, Josun Hotel, for making our stay fabulous!

This hotel is a bit far from Jeju airport but it is worth the price. I enjoyed every single thing in this hotel. Kind staffs, amazing view from the room, perfect amenities, delicious breakfast, wonderful service, great location to visit beach, and multiple swimming pools. I highly recommend this place to anyone who visits Jeju island.

2 thumbs up for this hotel!! grand josun will be a reason to go back to jeju. the hotel has the most polite and friendly staff of all south korea! the facility itself was perfect so nothing to complain about there. we had the big suite room in the new building on the top floor. i traveled with family size of 6 so this room fit us perfectly. the view was breath taking and the big jacuzzi with the perfect warm temperature was amazing to sit in during the cold weather especially with the snow falling! the breakfast buffet had a huge variety of food from continental breakfast, chinese and korean food, even pho! the quality of the food was well above average (much better than the local restaurants). our flight was delayed so we panicked but they were very accommodating. the only thing that threw me off was the age policy. expedia defines anyone under 18 as a minor (as it is per law in the U.S.) but the hotel has it as 6th grade…since my boys were in high school, they were over the age limit of the hotel so there was some price adjustments but again, even this issue was addressed so politely and reasonably that I couldn’t complain. we were stranded in jeju island for a few days due to an abnormal weather but this hotel shaved away a chunk of the frustration we felt. I thank the staff there and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting south korea (yes, it will be a reason to visit jeju island). The price tag is not as friendly, but it’s worth it.

청결하고 친절하고 사우나 좋은 호텔

편안하고 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하고 호텔내 휴식처도 매우 좋습니다. 외부와 단절된 느낌이 장점이며 단점이네요. 너무 더워 수영장을 이용하는데 경쟁 신라 대비 조금 작았습니다. 베드도 유료고요. 사우나는 무료라 아주 좋았습니다.

수영장으로 가는 동선도 짧아서 좋았고 방역도 잘되어 있어서 벌레도 많이 없고 식음도 너무 좋았고 조경도 예쁘고 테라스도 넓직해서 좋고 딥티크 제품들도 잘 사용했습니다. 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 그런데 예전건물이라 그런지 욕실의 환기가 잘 안되더라구요. 다음번에 방문할 때는 힐 스위트에 묵어야겠습니다.

Stayed here on my last night in jeju after I did an early check out of the another hotel I was in for it not being clean. Not sure why I didn’t book the Grand Josun the whole time, would have made my trip a lot better. Hotel was beautiful and comfortable. I just hooked a standard room and the room size was nice and had everything I needed to be comfortable. Only thing was they charged for a sun-bed on the roof top even in the evening which I thought was a bit strange. And a little nickel and dimey. But besides that would stay again!
