객실은 전반적으로 벗겨지고 들뜨고 문은 고장나고 등 객실 컨디션이 매우 안좋습니다. 청소는 수건을 안갈아준 날도 있고 3박하면서 세탁 세제나 식기세척기 세제를 하나뿐이 안줘서 몰아서 가는 날 해치웠고요. 쓰레기도 안비운 날도 있었습니다. 직원은 프론트 외엔 볼 일이 없었어요. 가습기든 공기청정기든 다 추가요금을 내야하는데 어찌나 느리게 가져다주시던지요. 시그니엘 서울에서도 복도에서 마주친 직원이 휴대폰만 보면서 지나가더니 서울이나 제주도나 롯데는 항상 실망스럽습니다.

각방을 쓸수있어 좋았고 시설이 편리하고 수영장 물 온도 조절이 잘 되어 좋았습니다. 어매니티가 각 욕실마다 구비되어 있었고 바이레도 향이 좋았어요.

전경도 좋고 조용한 숙소입니다. 가족들이 며칠 지내고 가기에는 괜찮아요. 다만 다른 호텔, 리조트와 비교해서 그 유명세나 가격에 비해서는 부대시설이나 서비스가 적정한 것 같지는 않네요. 시설들이 조금 낡았어요.
