This was very inexpensive, but very clean with a nice ocean view. The property features an elevator, a convenience store nearby, and some cute, artsy places nearby as well. There is no breakfast, but if you ask for coffee in the morning, the owner will make it for you. There is a kitchen on the 1st floor, but I don't think they sell meals. The owners were cooking for themselves when I went to check in at 4 pm. They have a hair dryer, a small sink, and induction cooking in the room, but no pots or utensils.

방음에 민감한 분은 절대 비추해요

방도 넓고 깔끔하고 가격대비 좋았지만 리조트인데 방음이 너무 안되서 불편했습니다. 옆방에 걷는 소리, 서랍 문닫고 여는 소리랑 물 흐르고 옥상에 물 떨어지는 소리까지 너무 생생하게 들려서 밤에 잠자는거 거의 포기하다싶이 했습니다… ㅠㅠ

Lovely ocean view

Superb ocean view. New and very well furnished room with a kitchen unit for light cooking. Balcony with table and chairs. Very quiet neighborhood. Helpful and accommodating family host. We arrived too early and they drove us to Jungmun beach. Very kind.

깨끗한 침구류 깔끔하게 정리되어 있었고, 호텔 분들도 친절하셨습니다. 저렴한 가격에 비해 전망도 뛰어나고 숙박 하는 동안 아주 좋았습니다~ Friendly staffs and clean bedding at relatively low price. The rooms are ocean view and you can even spectate Mt. Halla if you go up to the roof. Thumbs up!

건물은 새것이나 관리가 부족.

신축 건물이라서 모든 것이 새 것이지만, 엘리베이터부터 정전기로 먼지가 많고, 모든 건물 통로에 먼지가 많이 붙어 있고, 청소를 청결히 한 흔적이 없음. 방 바닥도 먼지 투성이에, 테이블도 구석에는 손으로 만지니 먼지 덩어리가 짐. 당연히 시트는 새것으로 갈았지만, 새 건물이라고 아직 조직적인 관리를 안 하는듯.
