I would have given 5-stars for everything BUT, I booked this hotel because it indicated that there was a washing machine in the unit. There was one but it was not functional. L7 GANGNAM by LOTTE HOTELS
Room a little on the small size, view of the park from window was nice. Otherwise good stay overall. Personal touches allowed us to store our luggage temporarily since we had a late flight.

Loved the room. Close to subway. Great staff. There is construction in the area so it's not a great view but that didnt affect our stay and we will definitely stay here again!
