Thank you for the review. we feel sorry that you had uncomfortable sleep at our guesthouse. since it is traditional Korean style house, there is no bed in a room. The guests need to sleep on the floor with futons. however we can give the guests more futons if they ask for it. we fully understand that for the guests who have never experienced with futons, they could feel bad when they sleep in that way. We always do our best to make our guests feel comfortable and convenience while they are staying at our guesthouse, clean the house and fill bottle of water and towel, tissue everyday. sometimes even though we filled the towels, guests can bring in into their room. as you mentioned, we try to maintain our guesthouse beautiful and perfect, most of our guests are satisfied with location and facilities. Once again, thank you for your review, we will keep it mind and make it better. Have a nice day!

Thank you for visiting our Hanok. also,we appreciate the detailed your good review Our house is in the small hanok village of seochun. The house is warm and has a traditional Korean appearance. Also, toilets and kitchens are modern and more convenient. We can provide you more mattresses whenever you need them Please stop by next time ^^
