I had a wonderful stay at HiStay Jongno! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Seoul.

It was centrally located within easy walking distance from Myeongdong and Insadong. Also fairly close to subway and bus lines. The rooms are tiny, but I really enjoyed staying here.

Room was clean, shared areas were all very clean and well stocked. Check in and out was easy and automated., with English menu available. Double room is very small, difficult for 2 people to move around in with suitcases (we only had 2 carry on size bags so larger suitcases would be worse.).

Very convenient location, right above a bustling street filled with food and things to do, but the room was not loud at all, well insulated. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Washer and dryer were available for guests in the common area. The room was very clean. The neighbourhood was bustling at night with lots of young folks.

Great location. Subway station, bus stop near by. Uber will come to right to the building, many restaurants steps away, however, there no staff to help if you need. Everthing is self service. hotel located at small street and no clear sign. It is using one floor of building, but room was quiet and clean

La Seúl chouse est que se trouve dans un 3 estage et al exterior il n’a pas un panneau qui marque entre a l’hotel on dois regarde al interior de bilding et la entre tres sale

시설은 깨끗하나 1박에 23만원 넘게 결제했는데 고시원 같은 느낌의 호스텔이며 주차장도 없습니다 주차장이 없다는것을 한 눈에 보이게 설명해주지도 않았고여 어디에도 그런내용없었고 나중에 알았습니다 번화가 술집 모여있는 건물에 있는 숙소예요 1박에 23만원이나 받아야 할 이유가 있나싶습니다 최악이고 다신 안갈겁니다

Difficult to find. The hotel is one floor, ln the 3rd floor of a building shared with a restaurant and a escape room. The bathroom was all together, the shower the sink under the shower, very unconvinient not to mention the water did not drain quick enough leaving puddles on the floor. Great location though.

This hotel was difficult to find, the entry is automated, there is no lobby. Feels like an airbnb. Not a good value for money Construction noise fro 7:40 am to late in the afyernoon

Very clean, modern facility. They provided water and a lot of amenities. It's all self service though. Worked great for me! Luggage holding area was just locks at the end of the hallway, and they didn't work for me so I bought my own lock.

The accomodation is really small and only has a double bed (which was super comfortable). There is space to store your luggage under the bed, but there is not enough space to open a full luggage to pack/unpack. Condensation was also a really big issue and I would wake up with a pool of water by the side of the bed. The amenities were great though as they had laundry, hot water and coffee.
