I am very disappointed with my recent stay and feel compelled to share this complaint publicly.
We encountered serious hygiene issues, including blood stains on a shower towel, which is completely unacceptable. When we complained, the hotel offered two breakfast vouchers as compensation, but the breakfast quality was extremely poor, which was an inadequate offer of compensation given the scale of disturbance.
Communication was another major problem. Staff members did not speak sufficient English, and when we raised our concerns, the apology we received was clearly written using ChatGPT, which felt impersonal and unprofessional rather than a sincere attempt to address our complaints.
We later noticed mold on the blanket. By that time, we were exhausted and did not have the energy to raise yet another complaint. We dont want more meals as we are not complain for free meals.
To make matters worse, our room overlooked ongoing construction works that continued throughout the night until around 3:00 a.m. These works had clearly started long before our stay, yet no effort was made to inform us in advance.
Overall, the lack of hygiene, poor service, inadequate compensation, and constant noise made this stay extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel.
