I absolutely the location of this property! Very central to Hongdae Red Street and Subway stations. The staff was also quite accommodating, courteous and friendly. I would def book here again on my next trip to Seoul!

This place is old and dirty... nothing like the photos! No heat or fan. I got the suite and it was just awful... a painting that looked like an 8 year old painted it. I think this is more of a love hotel because people kept coming in and out to the door next to ours. Stains on the table and crumbs under sofa cushions. Broken hot tub and broken faucet handle. Walls look faded and dirty. The only good thing was the big tv and the city view... but not worth it. I feel this was a bait and switch. I stayed for two nights. I am never staying here again!

Everything was great except the housekeeping was not done in a proper manner. Our bathroom and toilet were not cleaned on the days we had housekeeping done. Staff was excellent. Hotel is in a great location with convenient public transport options and food and dining.

So easy to get to via the airport railroad. 711 right outside. Friendly staff that are there too help. Check in is at 3pm local time but they will store your bags up front.
