Good location. Quick self check in and check out. Room was clean and cozy. Safe area close to the subway. 5min away from Gwangjang Market and you find everything there. 20min walk to Hanok Village.

The room was nice but the moment we showed up someone accounted themself as the building manager and told our kid that they better be quiet and not jump around. Area seemed a bit unsafe from the looks but it turned out fine and was close to the locations we wanted to visit. Bathroom has a combo sink/shower so showering was a bit awkward.

New but terribly impractical

Arrived late at night (1am) and there wasn’t any signage. Our driver was about to leave us in the middle of a dark alley in what I would call a “sketchy” area. When we finally found the “hotel” it was easy to check in using the automated process and we climbed into bed only to realize there is a giant green exit sign above the door illuminating the entire room. Woke 4 hours later to loud construction noises outside and in the stairwell. Luckily they added a large sign outside (but loud noise continued throughout our stay). Trying to get 6 people ready in the morning was ridiculous. There are ZERO outlets close to any counter tops or mirrors. We had to dry/curl our hair sitting on the floor looking into the iPad screen. There is a large kitchen countertop but no outlets remotely close and no counters in the bathroom. There are outlets in the bathroom but we could never get them to work. I wish they would provide a regular table instead of a coffee table and mats so you could actually work or eat comfortably. Having two bathrooms was nice but since they are all-in-one shower toilet combinations we had to designate one a shower (the one without a sink) and the other (tiny) for using the toilet or everything was wet. No cleaning services so you had only 1 towel each and no place provided to hang them. The area is about a 30 min walk to Myeong-dong and we always felt nervous walking at night. Highlights: clean, new, amazing shower head, nice laundry facility.

Locked out for three hours with nobody reachable I was locked out of my own room for three hours at nine in the morning. I called, I messaged, I tried every contact I had, and nobody answered. Expedia could not reach them by phone either. Think about what that means. If it had been a medical problem or a fire rather than a door, there was no one on the other end. There is no staffed reception. There is a tablet in what they call the reception area, and when I actually needed it, it was not even open on the right application. Everything on it was in Korean, with no way to translate it and nobody to ask. The room has no proper shower. The building is genuinely hard to find. If you book anyway, the nearest subway stop is Euljiro 4-ga, about 260 m away, not Euljiro 3-ga. What makes all of it worse is the price. I paid USD 613 for four nights. For that money in central Seoul you can have a staffed desk, a real bathroom, and someone who picks up the phone. Book a hostel or a capsule hotel instead. They cost less, they have staff, and you will not spend a morning sitting in a corridor.

部屋は綺麗でした。入り口からは想像できないくらい設備は整っていました。お風呂とトイレが一緒になっていて、バスタブはありません。トイレにシャワーがかかるのは違和感でしたが、慣れたら大丈夫でした。 ただ、4人から6人まで宿泊可能なジュニアスイートで予約し、クイーンのベッド2つとクイーンの布団1組と書かれていたのに、布団がありませんでした。 チェックイン後、宿の方にメッセージで「布団はどこにありますか？」と、質問したのですが、その後返信はなく、クイーンのベッドで3人が寝て、3泊を終えました。 メッセージへの返事はメールで届きますというメッセージは受け取ったものの、その返事はないまま、「口コミのお願い」メールが届き、そこが消化不良です。 ジュニアスイートに5人で泊まられる方は事前に確認しとくと安心かと思います。。。

4人で泊まるには丁度良い広さでした！ チェックイン、アウトも迷わず簡単で3階にはコーヒーかわあります。 部屋にはトイレお風呂2個ずつとあったけど シャワーとトイレが同じようについており 別々でいいやんという気持ちではありました笑 簡易的に泊まるのであればあまり気にならない程度かなと。 あと、シャワーの角度難しいです。 立地について市場の近くだし、東出門までも近くとてもよかったです！ 3泊4日でしたが、清掃なしタオル交換なしでした。(タオルは結構多めに用意してあったので足りました) あと、ドライヤーはダイソンなので風力よかったのと、 珍しくヘアアイロン置いてありました。 必要最低限の備え付けでよかったです！
