This hotel was perfect- great location, near the subway and a CU market. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The space was beautiful, and we loved the room very much. We also really appreciated the nightly "Whisky Hour", free to all guests staying in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!

Our stay in a 2 bedroom suite with spa and view to the plaza was amazing!!! We spent a week there and felt pampered every time we walked through the door. Staff were very helpful and always kind and courteous. The hotel looked modern and clean and gorgeous. Shops were only a 10-15 walk away. Only things we needed are hooks where to hang a towel before or after a shower somewhere. Coffee cups and coffee/tea sachets to use with the provided hot water kettle which sat there unused because there was nothing to put boiling water in.

Good room, but wish it was more spacious (we had 7 people) There entry way was a bit cramped. Had some difficulty getting more towels, blankets, and pillows. The staff were great! They were friendly and knew english well. Great location and amazing view of the city hall plaza and temple.

It was just okay for me. The room had a weird smell idk from what or if it was just cause I was by the maintenance room? There was occasionally a sewage smell and the ameneties are just okay. There are also no hooks for towels or anything in the place 😩 Housekeeping is good, the other service was just average, and location is super good!!! You can go any direction to shop. Close to the mall and convenience stores and the department store food court
