When i got in the receptionist gave US a very bad welcome and was very rude. The room was dirty, the floor sticky, the towels dirty and the kettle God i have no idea what it was used for before. Will never go there again God save me

不接受事先預約接機,要機場才能打電話給飯店,要留手機號碼,會叫有配合的車到入境的外面,3號門等,司機到了會打電話給你,所以等的時間多久不一定,附近很荒涼,若不是便宜,我不會住

Hade beställt transfer till hotellet. Ringde fyra ggr men ingen svarade. Tog taxi och mannen i lobbyn, sa att vi skulle ha ringt!!! Ingen ursäkt fastän den malaysiskt talande taxichauffören förklarade, att vi ringt. Ovänlig otrevlig service!

noisy when people open and close doors from other rooms. Very limited food selection in this area. Other than location is near to airport and short stay due to flight, other will not be recommended to long stay.

Not so good experience
It was not as near to the Airport as expected. It was around 12 km from KLIA2. During checkin, there was no service personal to show the room, and I was handed over with AC remote, TV remote and room key and ask to self checkin myself. Room was OK size for 1 person, but it was nasty.. Cockroaches running around the room, even 2 roaches entered my bag also when kept open for just 5 mins, There was just a soap pump available in bathroom, no separate soap or shampoo. You have to wash your hand and take bath with same, no additional toiletries. Linens and towel doesn’t look that clean n fresh, Generally hotels are cheap in KL but this didn’t have the service standard for the price. No public transportation near by. Grab also very less scare. Plus points - Air conditioner was fine. There was hot water in shower. Airport drop service was available (additional cost RM 10/15) There was a may be 24 hour (it was open at 11pm and 5am) restaurant behind the Hotel. Will I book it again - No, I may spend night at the airport instead. And yes, there was a spider net near the phone.

The only good is the price.
It is very cheap and they has a shuttle from and to the airport. However, the hotel was like a budget accommodation. The services were limited, few flys in the toilets, and the location was not that good walkable to anything

Jngn ambil grab dirct dr klia Hotel best wifi laju
toiletries sahaja yang tidak disediakan. yang lain smua mantap tip top. Wifi dia pun super fast kalah hotel 5 bintang. pergi sini jangan tertipu pakai grab/teksi direct dr klia confirm mahal (RM45-RM60). ikut klia transit (tiket dlm RM5), stop kat salak tinggi then ikut grab (total baru RM15-RM20) dr situ

Gave up on Service
Communication with guests was really bad. We got a tv remote control with no battery or cover. Internet didn’t work. It is vital for travelers to use the internet. Our room was given to other guests at 1.30am. We were awaken by a banging and door bell ringing by other guests. Also, When we asked about outlet adapter, front office staff said she has an extra one we can use but a transgender (LGBTQ+) sitting watching tv, told her to tell us to buy the adapter next door. When we went next door, it only accepted cash and does not credit card. Hotel had no food vending machines. Neighboring restaurants do not accept credit cards either. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
