Bed was very squeaky, garden view room looks out onto a carpark, not worth the extra money, the staff were fantastic and friendly, food was delicious. Standard rooms are better value for money, stayed multiple times now due to location

A convenient stay overall but Aircon needs a huge upgrade. No matter the setting, it is as loud as a 747 taking off nearby. Couldn’t leave it on. Walls are paper thin as well (at least by the garden rooms) where you can hear everything that’s going on around you, especially when people leave for their flights at 4 or 5am. Room was clean and ok sized considering it was for a night only. Bed was super comfy as well which made all the difference. Check-in was good and the breakfast buffet was open from 4am (egg station from 6am). Good variety and very good coffee. Overall can’t fault the location and it is good value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tune Hotel KLIA2. The room and bathroom were surprisingly spacious and very clean, which made it a comfortable stopover. Their restaurant also serves really good Malaysian food—definitely a plus for an airport hotel. It did take us a bit of time to find the connecting walkway from the airport—we really wish the signage was clearer or more visible. The only other downside was the outlet compatibility. We weren’t able to use our devices (my hair straightener included), which was a bit inconvenient. For an airport hotel, I was hoping they’d have more universal outlets. Overall though, still a great and convenient stay.

Hotel location is excellent if you want to be close to the airport. Free shuttle bus to the airport is also really nice to have. Only problem is the room was filled with mosquitoes, some insect repellent or something would be helpful.
