"Best spa in area"

"Quarto limpo, grande, tranquilo. Refeições boas. Piscinas limpas e quentinhas. Não usei o SPA por opção minha. Bom estacionamento coberto. A recepcionista do check in foi maravilhosa, dia 16/05 , atenciosa, simpática , me levou até perto da cancela que acessa o estacionamento, mostrou o hotel, avisou que tentaria um check out às 14h se o apartamento não estivesse com reserva e tudo com um sorriso no rosto. "Located near the Kleptuza lake in Velingrad, Bulgaria, this place is perfect to visit with your adult parents - the aqua jets are designed to massage the entire body, and specifically feet, shoulders, and back, parts that need the special mineral water treatment, so the peripheral nerve system is reenergized. "Clean room, friendly staff,-digital check in, surrounding area."

"We just need someone who speaks English well. "

"Very nice and friendly owner 😊"

"Amazing staff, properly, amenities, location and nature!!! And dining!!"

Food was just as bad no variety at all, pointless going half board as we had to eat out most of the time as it was so bad. The facilities are neglected the customer care non existent and most nights there was screaming and fighting from locals at the front reception leaving clubs and bars . Incredibly unsafe for families and poor value for money. Worst...
