"The fire alarm went and we were evacuated twice in the same evening at 2am-4am with kids. They gave us ZERO information as people, including ourselves, were standing outside barefoot with no coats, bags, keys, or phones (the first time) in the cold with kids and infants. The restaurant is terrible. It was dead and not only was the service super slow but 2 of the 4 orders were completely wrong and one of the correct orders was poorly cooked and not edible. They gave us a 50% discount for the terrible one and we paid full price for the (wrong) dishes we received and we kept them because we waited so long and our children were starving. Unchecked out a day early due to all of the issues with no discount at all. I don’t ask and they don’t offer. Never again."
