"Almost a great place to stay except one staff member refused to help me book a room and asked me to just come back in the morning, when she wasn’t there, or call Expedia about it. Then they told me it was like $10 more than what I found it online for. But lovely hotel other than that. Breakfast was good- out of syrup though."

"I loved the black out curtains. The bathroom was nice and had space to put things out. The lobby was nice and well decorated for fall. It was quiet. However, it was very difficult to find with a gps. Turn like you're going to Red Lobster and go down that road and it's hiding down there. There was no microwave in the room! But the refrigerator has a freezer compartment. The room was narrower than I prefer. But the thing that concerned me the most was dust! I also suspected but cannot confirm that...

"They cut breakfast right at nine. If you were one minute late, too bad so sad."

"Dealing with this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had booking through Expedia. The airline that was a part of our package somehow made a hour and a half right turned into a 24 hour ordeal that left me stranded in Nashville when I should have been in Georgia. Even though contacted and advised of what happened once 24 hours later I arrive they refuse to check me into the hotel. I had to stand outside approximately three hours, chatting with their customer service to try to explain...

"I stay here often. The staff is cheerful and helpful. Love the breakfast."

"This hotel is just off I-85 in Newnan,Georgia. Soooo many restaurants, shopping ,etc are close by. Right across from a Walmart. The staff are extremely friendly and willing to help in any way they can. The beds were comfy, the shower head was fantastic. Breakfast was a typical hotel offering. Nice little front pergola area to relax. I would stay there again with no hesitation."

"My room had to be changed three times due to the mold I smelled in the two rooms. They removed the freezer part of the fridge in the rooms. I have noticed that the microwave works but the turntable feature doesn’t. Maintenance and checking rooms is highly recommended."

"This hotel was very good for my 2 weeks stay while my mom was in the hospital. My check in was fast and easy. All of the front desk staff was professional and had great customer service. The room was clean and spacious. Fully functional kitchenette. Bed was firm. AC works well. Very hot water and good water pressure. Clean towels. Very good breakfast.. The hotel and the parking lot was clean."
