Enjoyed my stay and friendly staff. However, food eventually became a bit boring as it was pretty much the same food everyday.

Very rude staff, hotel cleaning did not clean the rooms properly, and there was kids banging on our doors then running away. I called the reception regarding this issue and they did absolutely nothing I left 2 days early because I was unable to get any sleep, I was treated poorly by the staff (Yildiray was the receptionist who was very rude), and the rooms were not cleaned properly

On arrival I was greeted by the Manager Mr Orcun who had a very hospitable approach. During my stay it was busy which shows that there’s a lot of excellent qualities within the service presentation. Breakfast is excellent and there’s staff willing to serve you until it’s time to leave the food hall. You can even have your your eggs done to your liking etc. Food is nice and fresh also the area always clean. That’s more than 6 stars in my book. My check out time would have been too early due to a late flight departure. After speaking with Guest Relation Manager Ms Tamara and Mr Burpham who is an interpreter on site. Together with my 4 friends, our hotel bookings extended at no extra cost. No stress and only happiness 👍😊 What an excellent service. 5 stars is not enough and I wish them all the best. I will return very soon 👍 and already recommend this quality to many friends.

Had great time, beautiful place, very friendly people and food was absolutely delicious. It’s a walking distance from The Land of Legends. Just be aware that the water park and transfer to the beach are both seasonal and were both closed

The hotel didn't clean my room, just after I fight with them, they clean after 2 days. The food was not good, i eat saladd. I invite corona test through them, and every day they say tomorrow it will be, an so on.

Es fand während des Aufenthalts ein Staatskongress in Belek statt, weshalb sich dann 850! Polizisten und Angehörige des Militärs einquartierten. Diese gingen teilweise mit Dienstwaffe und Gewehr an den Pool und ans Meer. Ein Gefühl von Sicherheit hatten wir überhaupt nicht. Des Weiteren ist das ein Familienhotel. 850 junge mit Testosteron geladene und bewaffnete junge Männer tragen nicht positiv zum Klima bei. Wir konnten nichts weiter mehr als im Hotel schlafen. Es war grauenvoll!! Bitte um Stellungnahme des Hotelmanagement und Entgegenkommen.

Tailored for Russians and Dutch, not much entertainment for the English neither are the facilities.

Another Good Aydınbey Group Hotel
Our family experience of this newly opened hotel was very good. We thought there needs to be better shade and more showers in the pool area but everything else we were satisfied. The hotel beach was a short hotel shuttle us ride away which was very frequent.

Our stay at Adinbey Queen's Palace exceeded our expectations. Staff were always on hand to assist. Large breakfast and dinner buffet. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There were no teething issues even though the hotel is brand new. The fully inclusive package is amazing. Shuttle transfers run every 20 minutes between the hotel and beach and always punctual.
