"A fantastic hotel from check in to check out. All the staff are wonderful & very helpful. The rooms are great, beautifully decorated, probably the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in at a hotel, and great air-con (definitely needed when the temp was 35-36 degrees during our stay). "Clean property, good location, very helpful staff. However, the hotel feels like it is just a place to sleep as there are no lounge areas, garden areas, other facilities. The rooms are dated and really need an upgrade to compete with the other hotels in the area. There is a nice restaurant / cafe based at the front of the hotel, but seems separately owned. The food is good and the staff helpful. You get 10% off food if you stay at the hotel which is a bonus."

"I didnt like that their policy is anyone over the age of 1 pays like an adult, my son is 3 and sleeps with us and shares food with us. So thats $15 extra per night. Other than that its a clean and modern hotel and the restaurant has good food"

"Excellent stay as a couple. Easy access to beautiful parts of lake Garda. Room was clean and breakfast was great. We used the spa facilities also which was a great relief after a few days of walking nearby towns."

"Can not say enough good thing about this hotel, so pretty and charming and the staff is amazing! Stephanie made sure our stay and needs were perfect and was so helpful helping us plan taxis and find good restaurant spots. Luigi was an excellent bartender that made our family and friends night super fun! Hotel breakfast was really good, good location, short walk to the lake and center area. Love this place, can't wait to come back!"
