Cari Serviced Apartment di Serra de Arrabida

"Absolutely beautiful rooms, very friendly and professional staff."

"Spacious apartment with full kitchen and Breakfast fixings delivered daily along with fruit in the fridge. Shower was great. Staff was extremely helpful. We were happy that there was an elevator because we had Luggage."

"I stayed at Dona Graça for two weeks. The stay for my first time in Europe was immaculate. I really enjoyed the aesthetic of Dona Graca apartments. The staff and service was wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. The view was great as well"

"The hotel is central to many places we wanted to visit in Lisbon. It's an easy walk to the Praca do Comercio for sunsets, Baixa-Chiado for shopping and easy commute to Alfama for sightseeing. Also walking distance to many restaurants we wanted to try. Best of all, the apartments are spacious, quiet, and clean, and the staff was super helpful. We had a great first visit to Lisbon."

"This property is nothing like the pictures. It’s fine once you are there but it feels misleading. I also think they want to charge US Prices for pretty standard lower end European quality. It’s definitely advertised for American tourists but quality is just not there."

"Rooms were clean however some of the furniture was in need of replacement (couch). Also needed minor repairs. No door handle on bathroom, kitchen garbage broken, wallpaper peeling in one bedroom. No impact to our stay however expect better for the price. Also no opportunity to drop luggage when early. Must pay for storage near by then collect and walk back to Ando. Good area and very close to many sights and main pedestrian street. Nice that you do not require keys and can use keypad for exit...

"Very good location"

"Great service from host very helpful and good connection with local hotel could use thier facilities too great location"

"The property contacted us about the check-in progress ahead of our visit. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed including plates, cutlery, cooking equipment, and toiletries; our room was also tidied/cleaned daily and replenished with anything we used. It is also very centrally located - close to many sites as well as multiple metro/train stations. We were impressed with Chiado Dream Apartments and would definitely stay...
