I had breakfast at the restaurant and paid with my card and it was still charged to my room so double charges. A small pepperoni pizza and a ginger ale $44 and the pizza looks like it came from a low budget movie theatre not at all the quality I was thinking for the price. I paid on expedia thinking that was my final cost sadly it wasn't."

"We booked the Silver Lake Pool and Inn for a one-night stay to celebrate a birthday. Four of us stayed in the the queen double room and we all absolutely loved it! The view of the hills and the neighborhood were gorgeous. We loved the furniture and design (it felt like a hip and groovy house) and the beds were comfy. I tried calling once more the day of and same thing no answer. so I called Expedia who also called and got no answer. I finally got a text late that day giving check in instructions. I sent screenshots and advised that I was unable to reach the staff, and was told a refund could not be issued because it was after 24hrs but I attempted well within the grace period. I booked multiple times here because of their good service, but there are some touch-ups that can be easily resolved in some of the rooms: replacing old broken furnitures, painting, replacing shower poles, and checking refrigerators for frost buildup."
