"If all you care about is getting a night of rest inexpensively, this place will do the job The sheets were obviously laundered, but they were stained. Don't pet the cat they shelter outside the entrance. I'm sure he's sweet, but he's filthy and appears to have worms. Not a good first impression. Strange thing - some of the light fixtures have two bulbs, but in each lamp one of the bulbs was unscrewed, leaving the room poorly lit. Perhaps to hide the stains? Screwing in the bulbs really...

"Quick and easy check in with plenty of parking. Staff is great! The lobby is clean and inviting. Our room was was fine, but the bathroom tile looked a little beat up. Our bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great with pancakes, omelettes, bacon, sausage and biscuits, cereal and more. The hotel is average but the price is great and its location is ideal right off the interstate. There is also a Buffalo Wild Wings across the street which makes for a very convenient dinner. Good place for a stop...

"The staff was amazing! When we arrived, there were six people in front of us checking in. There was only one attendant. Absolutely understaffed, but the woman, whose name was Kim, was thorough and efficient. She was also answering the phone at the time. We were quickly in our room. On our way home the next day, we received a phone call from the Mount Vernon Police Dept. The cleaning lady found a pair of glasses that my husband had left behind. "Stayed here for 5 days traveling for work. The rooms were clean enough, but the housekeepers walked into my room two days in a row without knocking or announcing themselves first, they just opened the door and walked in. I was not going to be in the room on the last day of my stay so I expected they would just let themselves in again. I neatly stacked all my trash, towels, and bedsheets near the door so they could easily collect. Came back to the room that night to find it untouched. No clean...

"We chose to pay at the property with cash and had to put a cash deposit(refundable) with what we paid for the room. But I dont remember seeing or reading that there would be a "cash deposit" for a "cash transaction" on the website. When I asked what the deposit was for the lady was a little snippy and stated it would be for any damages found. We are old so highly unlikley we would create any damages! When checking out there was no one at the desk so we had to check out with the "kiosk...

"The reception desk person was very nice and made sure I was able to access the room okay. I was happy that this property was pet friendly. At first glance the room looked good, but when I laid down and looked at the ceiling, I noticed a bunch of red stains above the bed. The area of town the property is in is rundown and a little sketchy and once I got in the room, I locked the door and didn't leave until I checked out in the morning."
