"The hotel was hard to find. We could not enter the building until another person staying there let us in. We could not find the passcode to unlock the key lock box. I contacted Expedia several times and they did their best to contact the hotel owner. Took about an hour and the hotel staff finally came out and showed me how to enter the code and unlock my keybox. I realise there is a language barrier, but it was very frustrating when we were waiting in the hot lobby trying to contact someone....

"The middle-aged, overweight woman at the front desk was extremely rude. I simply asked whether she was the receptionist, and she immediately lost her temper, pointed to the back, and told me to wait there. We are guests, not criminals, and we deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.
