"It took three rooms to finally get to a handicap accessible room like I paid for the first worker told me I could go to CVS and buy a shower chair. The manager on duty was very nice and helpful. The rooms listed should not be listed as handicap accessible."

"The room was clean however the beds are VERY uncomfortable! Mattress are too soft not firm at all ! Caused aching body partsin the AM. Large cockroaches were seen throughout the hotel!
