"Not impressed with this place. They charge my card $100 which was the only money I had to buy food and Uber. Fortunately I had some available credit on a credit card or I would have been completely screwed and not able to get home or eat. The rooms have very minimal stuff in them. The pool was incredibly underwhelming. It seems like a big bar drinking scene. I wasn't into that at all. People in the Halls coming home from the bar late being noisy"

"The rooms were very clean, beds were super comfy. Hotel was very nice. Things I didn't like: they only offered pay breakfast. Expensive pay breakfast at that. As much as the rooms are, I wish they included breakfast. In the room, the bathroom door doesn't offer a lot of privacy. It's a sliding barn style door so it doesn't fully close. Traveling with family so we didn't love that. The washer and dryer were $4 each load, each machine. $8 to wash and dry my son's lacrosse uniform. Staff were...

"Pickup at airport within 20 minutes. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable. What stood out above and beyond were the staffs commitment to the customer. From the first shuttle driver to the gal that has 2 sons all were cheerful and very friendly and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this hotel with these staff members. Love from Michigan and Wales. You guys rocked it out!!!!!!"

"I usually stay here when I come back home. Staff won’t ever let me check in early. Barely even under 30mins early. One of the two elevators is usually broken. One of the 2 sides doors on each side of the building is usually broken. Parking isn’t enough sometimes for the visitors. Staff is ok definitely don’t go out their way to be nice. I started staying somewhere else. Around the corner. Room better and staff way more nicer. Like I’m paying you haven’t given me nothing for free. So why so mean."

"The hotel was just okay. Nothing fancy, not dirty, but also not able to read the room. I had my 80 yr old Grandma with me and they checked us into a room in the BASEMENT that we had to walk a country mile to get to. Never again."
