"Un hôtel magnifique! Superbe décor thème Coca-Cola vraiment original! propreté irréprochable,personnel super sympathique! Stationnement public payant intérieur juste à côté!Près des attraits touristiques à pied de 20 minutes environ ! Quelques restos tout autour! Situation parfaite pour visiter Madrid à pied même si demande 20 minutes de marche environ mais vaut la peine car stationner et conduire dans le centro est un défi ! Très recommandé !!"

"The hotel was very clean, I did find some areas a bit dark (energy efficient lighting I’m guessing) and had strong odors of either cleaning products or fresheners. Overall the property is very nice and we would stay there again."

"The morning restaurant manager (black suit) is totally top notch. He was super accommodating to us. The afternoon/evening barkeep chased us out, rather abruptly, of the common sitting area because we’d brought dessert back to eat in the hotel after a long day out. While it’s fine to want a place food-free (there was no indication of such), I think it not fine that we were chased away like vagrants in a train station."
